How a pregnancy changed
the way we clean.

I admit, my move green was more of an evolution than a revolution. It started over 25 years ago with a recycling bin in a college dorm room. From there, one small choice led to the next.

Over the years, I reevaluated my consumer lifestyle. Lowered the thermostat. Switched from conventional to organic products. Moved from shopping at the mall to shopping at thrift stores. Chose a hybrid car, then fully electric. Installed solar panels. Started consuming less and living more simply. Each change felt right, and each one led to the next.

But it was not until I got pregnant that I realized just how many chemicals I still used to clean my home. I had not used bleach in years, yet when I looked closely at the products I had felt good about, many of them were nearly toxic. I knew I did not want my baby or my family around any of it.

Our house had never felt so clean and so fresh. And my son, my dog, my cat, my husband, and I are completely safe around all of it.

So I started researching truly green, natural, plant-based cleaning products and even found recipes for making our own with pure ingredients like baking soda, vinegar, castile soap, and natural essential oils such as Tea Tree and Lavender that carry real antibacterial properties.

Now, I know cleaning is not for everyone. And I knew there were people out there who wanted to live green but did not want to spend their precious time researching products and cleaning their homes. Those are our clients, and we are proud to have them.

But I wanted to go a step further than simply being green. If I was going to build a business, I wanted it to be a genuinely great place to work and a real contributor to the local community and economy. I believe every company should serve the social good. Those are the kinds of companies I want to patronize, and it is the kind of company I set out to build.

What it means to be a great place to work.

In an industry where fair employment is rarely the standard, we chose to do things differently from the very beginning.

Employees, Not Contractors

Everyone who works for us is a W-2 employee. No gig arrangements, no independent contractors. Real jobs with real protections.

True Living Wages

We pay premium wages that reflect the skill, care, and trust our team brings to your home. This is nearly unheard of in our industry.

Gold Plan Health Insurance

We offer a Gold Plan health insurance benefit to our team members. Because hard-working people deserve real coverage.

Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off

Our team earns paid time off and holiday pay. Rest is not a luxury. It is part of how we build a team that stays.

Bonuses and Mileage

Annual bonuses, spot bonuses, and a generous mileage reimbursement plan recognize the full contribution our team makes.

Development and Growth

We invest in apprenticeship and development opportunities because we are building careers, not filling roles.

If our story resonates, let us show you.

We would love the chance to care for your home the way we care for our team.
